TRAINING:

Training is open to all club members, and is free.

Please make every effort to attend.

MEN TRAINING:

The men’s training sessions are on a Tuesday evening,  

at Robert Clack Leisure Centre  8pm to 10pm.

Tony James is the Club Coach.

LADIES TRAINING:

Ladies Training is on Wednesday evenings, 

at Kingswood School, Settle Road, Harold Hill. 8pm to 9pm

7.30pm for a warm up and fitness prior to the Astro training.

Tony James will again be taking the training sessions.

YOUTH TRAINING

 Sundays mornings at Robert Clack School 10:30 – 12:00

Stuart Boyling and Andy Moncur are the Coaches.

 The League fixtures are available on the Essex (Ladies)

and East (Men’s) Hockey websites.

INDOOR HOCKEY

We also participate in the Essex Men’s Indoor League.

Stuart Boyling is the Indoor Captain (07983 990621).

MIXED HOCKEY

Nick Curtis is the captain of the mixed team.
